I am registered with the information Commissioner's Office.
I hold the minimum information needed for me to provide effective tuition:
- Contact Information – parent and student names, phone numbers for parents (and students as required)
- The student’s school stage and course being studied
- How the parent found me
- A personal learning plan for each student giving details of initial information given by the parent, topics covered in each tuition session, an outline of work to be covered in the next tuition session and details of any consolidation work given to the student
- Zoom sessions will NOT be recorded
This information is password protected and no-one else has access to it.
This information will NOT be transferred or communicated to anyone else.
This information will NOT be used for any other reason than to provide effective tuition to students.
Once the next school session starts, the previous year's records will be anonymised and, for tax purposes, kept for 7 years. At the end of this time the records will be deleted.
These are small pieces of code which help a website run more effectively.
Since there are no adverts on this website, there are no invasive cookies.
The cookies operating at the moment are:
- A web forwarding cookie used to forward my chemistrymadeclear.com and my chemistrymadeclear.uk addresses to my chemistrymadeclear.co.uk site,
- A Google Analytics cookie which gives information about how often the website is visited, how long a visitor stays on the site, which pages they visit etc. This cookie does not identify any personal information. Its only purpose is to give me information about how well the site is working so that I can improve the website.
- A cookie which links to my business Facebook page and
- A cookie which links to my Linked In profile page.
